The whole durum wheat semolina pasta, like the Penne, is produced with a mixture of grains carefully chosen by us at each new crop to ensure a highly nutritious product with an optimal cooking resistance. The durum wheat used to produce the Penne, is planted directly in the fields of the IRIS supply chain that consists of italian farmers and peasants and also of the IRIS coop farm in Calvatone.
