Our carrot cake mix is a delicious sponge cake infused with carrot and spices.  A delicious and simple cake mix for cakes or cupcakes.

Cooking Instructions

Use 500g of mix to 190ml of water. (Optional: 60g crushed pineapple and 60g of walnuts)

1. Place dry mix, crushed pineapple and walnuts into a machine bowl with beater. 
2. Mix on a slow speed for 3 minutes, slowly adding the water
3. Then mix on a medium speed for 3 minutes until the batter is smooth.
4. Pour into a lined/greased loaf or cake tin (or cupcake cases).
5. Bake at 190°C for 25-35mins
