Sadly, we are getting reports that our compostable cellulose bags are splitting when being sent by courier (this doesn't apply to local delivery as we're pretty gentle with those ones!)
We have spoken to both the courier and the supplier of the bags and in the interim will be double bagging the larger items. If you have ordered from us, please be careful when opening your parcels.
We are very sorry if you have received a split package, please take a photo and get in touch. As a small non profit, we are finding the amount of refunds very difficult, especially under the circumstances, so please bear with us to process your requests.
We are doing all we can to find a suitable replacement and will keep you updated.
